Firmaer som skal fakturere Bibliotekarforbundet kan velge mellom følgende alternativ:

1: Elektronisk faktura
Bibliotekarforbundet er registrert som mottaker av fakturaer i ELMA (elektronisk mottakeradresseregister) og fakturaer kan sendes elektronisk til mottaker fra AutoInvoice eller andre aksesspunkt knyttet til PEPPOL. I PEPPOL i Norge benyttes fakturaformatet EHF.
