Ber politikerne om hjelp

Deichman har ikke inngått noen avtale om arbeidstid for bibliotekarene, noe som er nødvendig for at de skal arbeide etter kl. 17. Administrasjonen har i stedet valgt å redusere tilbud og tjenester til bibliotekets brukere fra 1. april. Dette mener Bibliotekarforbundet er svært uheldig, og ikke noen god situasjon å være i for hverken brukere eller ansatte. Bibliotekarforbundet har derfor bedt politikerne om hjelp slik at forhandlingene kan gjenopptas.
